Federal Land

The Federal government owns over thirty percent of all the land in our nation, land which had once belonged
to individual states. This land was taken by government fiat, most often to increase our national park system
or protect the environment or endangered species.

Wouldn't it be more effective if we limited the growth of national park system, return some existing national park
across the country to states, and allow the citizens to determine the best use of their land, to remain off limits
to future development or develop in order to grow jobs with state and increase revenue.
