Our Individual Rights

Most Americans agree "we have our rights", yet even more of them have no idea how their rights are systematically being taken away, perhaps without understanding why or even how.

As citizens we have rights written into the Constitution, protecting us from an overreaching government. In fact, it is stated within the first ten amendments, commonly know as the Bill of Rights, the limit with which
government can intrude on our rights.

Yet, for over two hundred years the people we elected have seen reason to limit our rights and our ability to be responsible for our own well-being.

We are at a point where we have less freedom, and more government intrusion than at anytime in our history. Some laws passed have done good, but others have done harm, often irreversible.

And all such legislation has met little resistance.

  1. Our rights should never be taken for granted OR ceded to government.
